Account Verification After Login In Legzo
Legzo triggers account verification when the account activity or payment flow requires an identity check. You can usually log in and browse first, but withdrawals and some deposit methods are blocked until the check is completed.
Verification is required when you request a withdrawal, change personal details (name, date of birth, address), add a new withdrawal method, or a risk flag appears (login from a new country, repeated failed logins, or device changes). Some payment providers also force verification before they allow deposits or cashouts.
Legzo typically asks for documents that prove identity, home address, and ownership of the payment method. Photos must be clear, in colour, and show all four corners of the document; screenshots and edited images are rejected.
- ID: Passport, national ID card, or driving licence. It must be valid and show full name, date of birth, document number, and a clear photo.
- Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or government letter dated within the last 90 days. It must show your full name and current address.
- Payment method: For cards, a photo of the card may be requested with the middle digits covered and the CVV hidden; the first 6 and last 4 digits must stay visible. For e-wallets, Legzo may ask for a screenshot or PDF statement showing your name and the account identifier.
- Source of funds (if requested): Payslip, bank statement, or other proof that matches the deposit and withdrawal amounts. This request usually appears after large withdrawals or unusual transaction patterns.
Once Legzo approves the documents, the account status changes to verified and withdrawals unlock for the approved payment method. If a document does not match the profile data or is out of date, Legzo rejects it and requests a new upload.
